A leading digital advertising company in Barcelona is seeking an Onboarding Account Manager who can onboard and support new business clients. Candidates must be fluent in Danish, Dutch, or German and have experience in account management or digital marketing. This full-time, hybrid role offers a competitive salary of €23,876 gross/year plus bonuses and excellent benefits including private health insurance and relocation support.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience in account management, sales, onboarding, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Fluent in Danish/Dutch/German (C2) and English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and activate new business clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor during the onboarding phase.
• Understand client goals and set up tailored advertising campaigns.
• Ensure smooth client adoption and early performance success.
• Identify upselling and growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.
• Manage frequent client interactions via phone and email.

Conocimientos

Fluent Danish OR Dutch OR German (C2)

English (C1)

Experience in account management, sales, onboarding, or digital marketing

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
