• Proven experience in account management, sales, onboarding, or digital marketing (2 years).

• Act as a trusted advisor during the onboarding phase.
• Understand client goals and set up tailored advertising campaigns.
• Ensure smooth client adoption and early performance success.
• Identify upselling and growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.
• Manage frequent client interactions via phone and email.
