A leading aerospace company in Getafe is seeking a professional for Aircraft Maintenance Programs. The role involves developing efficient maintenance solutions, contributing to the approval of maintenance programs, and collaborating on innovative projects. Ideal candidates will possess aircraft maintenance knowledge and skills in customer service, coordination, and presentation. A commitment to integrity and flexible working arrangements is expected.
The jobholder main role is to contribute to the approval of the different aircraft /products Maintenance Programs (Maintenance Review Board Report - MRBR) under Airbus DS responsibility, as part of the Instruction for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) required by FAR/CS 25.1529 regulation in order to obtain the aircraft/product certification.
Provides maintenance requirements, using Return of Experiences & engineering expertise, challenges design against customer expectations.
Develops cost efficient maintenance programmes in accordance with regulations to ensure Type Certification. The MSG-3 and MRB Process are applied.
Establishes and delivers timely and consistent solutions to the requests raised by the customers (focus on NTO/ASAC Service).
Ensures regular revisions of the maintenance programme, considering the in-service experience.
Contribute to Direct Maintenance Costs reductions and Fleet Availability increase by performing Maintance Programs Optimizations in Working Groups meetings with customers and authorities.
Collaboration in those Smartforces & Innovation/Digitalization projects related with schedule maintenance (i.e. use of drones, inspection with cameras, aircraft systems health monitoring, …).
