The role involves shaping the integration architecture for a Digital Factory Program, ensuring interoperability across various systems including MES and ERP. Formación

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply-chain system integration.
• Solid knowledge of data architecture, Middleware, and APIs.
• Fluent in English.

We're looking for a Global Integration Lead to shape and deliver the integration backbone of a multi-site Digital Factory Program. In this role, you'll design the overall integration architecture and ensure seamless data flow between MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP, and OT systems-driving interoperability and digital transformation across all sites.

What You'll Do

• Define and maintain the global integration architecture and roadmap.
• Lead interface design and implementation across key manufacturing and enterprise systems.
• Ensure standardized data exchange, robust documentation, and validated interfaces.
• Oversee integration of lab equipment, historian systems, and Real Time data platforms.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant integrations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or similar.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply-chain system integration.
• Strong expertise with MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP, and OT integrations.
• Solid knowledge of data architecture, Middleware, and APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PAS-X, LabVantage, Infor M3, or Aveva OT platforms.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, digital factory concepts, and cybersecurity best practices.
