Apply your knowledge and expertise, including complex decision-making, to review, assess, and process safety and product quality information. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, triage, review, and process lifecycle safety operational data. Perform data entry for tracking and safety databases, code relevant medical terminology, write descriptive narratives, generate queries, perform quality control, assist with reconciliation, drive case closure, and coordinate translations.
• Receive and document safety reports via telephone calls or emails from investigative sites or other sources.
• Build a positive, collaborative team environment within the lifecycle safety team, lead by example, and provide training and mentoring to less experienced team members and operations staff.
• Establish and maintain effective communication within team project services.
• Liaise with the Project Manager by proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Participate in training on lifecycle safety processes and services, and engage in working groups for new initiatives.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills across lifecycle safety service lines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy to maintain high-quality standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Life Sciences or a Healthcare-related discipline.
• Very good verbal and written skills in both English (minimum C1) and German (C1 level).
