ABOUT COMPANY

ROLE OVERVIEW

The International Medical Advisor will play a critical role in supporting our distributors and healthcare partners globally. This position involves scientific training, field visits to doctors, supporting distributors, preparing product launches, creating high-quality medical content, and representing the company at international congresses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drives the planning of new clinical trials, including study synopsis, endpoint selection, and selection of CRO.
• Executes the study publication plan, driving the development of abstracts, posters and manuscripts for publication.
• Train and support distributors with scientific and product expertise.
• Deliver engaging scientific presentations and create medical content for B2B and B2C channel.
• Conduct field visits to doctors, providing hands‑on support and training.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Represent the company at international congresses, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Collaborate on product launches and ensure successful market entry.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred) in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in medical affairs or scientific training, preferably in dermatology / aesthetics.
• Experience in publication planning and medical writing experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive mindset and a passion for making an impact in the medical aesthetic field.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).
