Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Martech Data Engineer to join our Engagement Funnel Team of Customer Interactions Tribe and Brand Experience CoE. The responsibility of this team is to implement a next-generation Engagement funnel Platform stack, providing scalability and hyper-personalization to our customers, and our way of working is hybrid. We operate according to a Biz-Dev Ops development process and strongly believe in the Agile approach delivering IT solutions. The focus is on high-quality mission-critical target-oriented development with regular milestones. Feature delivery is driven by the priorities determined by the Business and Product Owners, working on a day-to-day basis with the IT organization.

Your key responsibilities:

• Positively contribute to the successful migration of our legacy marketing automation platform to Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum business value.
• Co-create innovative solutions with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing workflows and enhance customer engagement through advanced automation capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance throughout the migration process, while implementing best practices for scalability and future growth.
• Provide technical guidance, maintenance and support during implementation, testing, and post-migration phases.

Proven track record and technical skills

Essential:

• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Platform knowledge, focused on Adobe RT‑CDP.
• Adobe XDM Data Modelling and E/R modelling knowledge.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle) and SQL / PLSQL knowledge.
• Data Engineering & Data mesh background.
• Unix scripting & Python experience.
• ETL & Functional Knowledge.
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps experience.
• Azure and/or other cloud environments.
• Strong vendor experience with Testing (Unit, Integration, end-to-end, smoke).
• Best practices in testing.

Nice to have:

• Tag manager knowledge (Tealium, Adobe).
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools to measure marketing campaign performance (e.g. Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Analytics).
• Basics on: Java, Spring, Microservices patterns and practices, Docker, Openshift/Kubernetes.
• Event Driven architectural patterns.
• Spark & PySpark knowledge.

Estamos buscando un/a profesional con talento y entusiasmo para unirse como Martech Data Engineer a nuestro Equipo Engagement Funnel dentro del Customer Interactions Tribe y el Brand Experience CoE.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es implementar una plataforma de Engagement Funnel de nueva generación, proporcionando escalabilidad e hiperpersonalización a nuestras personas clientes. Nuestra forma de trabajar es híbrida.

Operamos según un proceso de desarrollo Biz-Dev Ops y creemos firmemente en el enfoque Agile para la entrega de soluciones IT. El foco está en un desarrollo orientado a objetivos, de alta calidad y crítico para la misión, con hitos regulares. La entrega de funcionalidades se guía por las prioridades determinadas por el negocio y los Product Owners, trabajando día a día con la organización IT.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

• Contribuir positivamente a la migración exitosa de nuestra plataforma de automatización de marketing heredada hacia Adobe Experience Platform, asegurando una mínima disrupción y el máximo valor para el negocio.
• Co-crear soluciones innovadoras con equipos multifuncionales para optimizar los flujos de trabajo de marketing y mejorar la interacción con las personas clientes mediante capacidades avanzadas de automatización.
• Garantizar la integridad de los datos, el rendimiento del sistema y el cumplimiento normativo durante todo el proceso de migración, implementando las mejores prácticas para escalabilidad y crecimiento futuro.
• Proporcionar orientación técnica, mantenimiento y soporte durante las fases de implementación, pruebas y post-migración.

Experiencia demostrada y habilidades técnicas

Imprescindible:

• Experiencia práctica con Adobe Experience Platform, centrada en Adobe RT-CDP.
• Conocimiento en Adobe XDM Data Modelling y modelado E/R.
• Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales (Oracle) y conocimientos de SQL / PLSQL.
• Background en Data Engineering y Data Mesh.
• Experiencia en scripting Unix y Python.
• Conocimientos funcionales y de ETL.
• Experiencia en CI/CD: Azure DevOps.
• Experiencia en Azure y/o otros entornos cloud.
• Experiencia sólida con pruebas (Unit, Integration, end-to-end, smoke).
• Mejores prácticas en testing.

Deseable:

• Conocimiento de Tag Manager (Tealium, Adobe).
• Conocimiento de herramientas de analítica y reporting para medir el rendimiento de campañas de marketing (p.ej., Customer Journey Analytics o Adobe Analytics).
• Conocimientos básicos en: Java, Spring, patrones y prácticas de Microservicios, Docker, Openshift/Kubernetes.
• Patrones arquitectónicos orientados a eventos.
• Conocimiento en Spark y PySpark.
