The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of marketing experience, strong digital marketing skills, and excellent communication abilities in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with creative teams to ensure brand alignment. This is a full-time on-site role.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at BITSCAPES in Valencia. Responsibilities include and are not limited to architectural design and research, creating design drawings diagrams and other project presentational material.

• Develop and execute Bitscapes’ marketing strategy across digital channels.
• Manage content creation for social media, newsletters, website, and campaigns.
• Plan and run lead-generation initiatives and conversion funnels.
• Coordinate with designers and creative teams to align messaging and branding.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for continuous growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and industry influencers.
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure high ROI on campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in design, creative, or digital industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and brand positioning.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
• A creative thinker who thrives in a collaborative studio environment.
• Experience with social media management, paid advertising, SEO / SEM, and email marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Eligibility to live and work in Spain - we DO NOT sponsor visas.
• Expertise with Adobe Suite graphic design software
