About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager for EMEA - a creative strategic and highly organized individual who thrives at the intersection of marketing and sales enablement. This hybrid role combines elements of regional marketing management and sales marketing support working closely with both central and regional teams to drive awareness demand and revenue growth across EMEA.

Youll partner with local Managing Directors the EMEA sales and strategy teams and the global marketing function to execute localized go-to-market plans manage events and deliver high-impact client-facing materials. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone with strong B2B marketing experience who enjoys working cross-functionally and owning projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Brand Growth
  • Support the execution of marketing plans across EMEA aligning global strategy to local market needs.
  • Partner with local MDs and leadership to tailor campaigns for emerging and mature markets.
  • Plan and execute EMEA-focused events (e.g. industry conferences client activations webinars) including logistics content creation and on-site management.
  • Support PR initiatives and localize marketing materials for key markets.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance and industry trends to inform strategy.

Sales Marketing & Enablement

  • Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to create and maintain compelling sales collateral (one-sheets decks case studies proposals).
  • Lead the creation and execution of large-scale client programs proposals and partnerships.
  • Partner with research to integrate market and performance data into sales enablement tools.
  • Help bring Channel Factory programs to life through storytelling turning post-campaign results into client success narratives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the main point of contact between central marketing and local EMEA teams.
  • Align with global marketing and other regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Manage vendors for branding signage printing and promotional materials.
  • Build strong relationships with customers partners and influencers across the region.

Skills & Experience

  • 46 years experience in B2B marketing media or advertising (agency or tech background preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills comfortable building materials in Google Suite and PowerPoint.
  • Confident working with design teams but able to produce content independently when needed.
  • Analytical mindset able to measure success and adapt strategies.
  • Curious proactive and unafraid to voice ideas or challenge thinking.
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
