What you do
  • Helping clients understand and optimise their marketing performance through actionable insights.
  • You’ll be responsible for analysing and interpreting marketing data from multiple sources (such as Google/Adobe analytics, DV360, GoogleAds, Meta, SemRush and Brandwatch) building clear and insightful dashboards and presenting findings that drive strategic decisions.
  • You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations that enhance campaign effectiveness and overall business outcomes.
What you bring along
Key Requirements
  • 2–4 years in marketing analytics, including agency experience
  • Strong Power BI and Looker skills for dashboard development
  • Experience handling marketing data sources:
  • Paid media: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360
  • Programmatic platforms: The Trade Desk
  • Digital Analytics: Adobe Analytics and GA4
  • Organic channels: Google Search console, Sprout Social
  • Proficiency in marketing intelligence tools (e.g., SimilarWeb, SEMrush/Ahrefs)
  • Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Hootsuite Insights)
Core Competencies
  • Strong grasp of marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Hands on and adept at problem-solving
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced agency setting
Industry Knowledge

  • Awareness of marketing attribution and measurement challenges
  • Up to date with trends in marketing technology and analytics
