Formación

The Role

We are seeking a senior Investment Banking professional to lead our Technology Platform in Spain. A successful candidate will have significant experience within Software & Tech Services M&A and a proven track record of deal origination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute multiple sell‑side transactions with IT Services & Tech clients.
  • Oversee deal teams through all phases of M&A transactions, including pitch development, financial analysis, marketing documentation (e.g., CIMs), buyer outreach, and diligence.
  • Attend and lead management presentations, negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements, and manage the transaction process through close.
  • Oversee financial modelling and valuation, and help refine internal deal execution best practices.
  • Lead business development efforts, including sourcing new mandates within Tech & Tech Services while cultivating relationships with PE / VC funds.
  • Collaborate with the wider TH Team to maximize reach.
