A children's learning center in Vigo is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team in providing engaging English classes for children. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication and customer service skills. Here at La Casita de Inglés, we believe that learning should be fun! We teach English to children through games, arts & crafts, singing and dancing, theatre, yoga and baking! We don’t carry out exams. Classes are small and interactive, with a maximum of 8 children per class in our after‑school programme.

Tasks
Schedule
  • Monday‑Friday 11:00‑20:00 (1h for lunch)
Responsibilities
  • Support and coach teaching staff to ensure high‑quality programming and a positive team culture
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, group management, and classroom readiness
  • Serve as the main point of contact for parents, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience
  • Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed
  • Coordinate supplies, prep materials, and maintain an organized, well‑functioning space
  • Use internal systems to track student info, team updates, and classroom documentation
  • Make sure all classes are running smoothly and the quality of our service remains outstanding
Requirements

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people‑focused Manager to lead our center’s daily operations. This role is a mix of team leadership, parent communication, classroom oversight, and logistical coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, who thrives in dynamic environments and genuinely enjoys working with children.

  • Candidates must be bilingual—fluent English and Spanish.
  • Must have previous experience in managing a team in a work environment.
  • An asset but not required; previous experience in customer service & sales.
Benefits
  • Pay: 1250 Euros / month NET (12 pays)
  • This pay comes with incentives based on the number of students in the center. We can go over these incentives in the interview.
