We are currently seeking a Insurance Manager to lead the Group's global insurance strategy, ensuring appropriate risk coverage, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with corporate objectives.

Main Activities:

1. Design and lead the global corporate insurance procurement strategy.
2. Manage and supervise the insurance portfolio internationally.
3. Coordinate the processing of complex claims and establish response protocols.
4. Prepare strategic reports for senior management on risk exposure and coverage.
5. Optimize insurance costs through market analysis and negotiations with insurers.
6. Develop global insurance policies and procedures.
7. Supervise compliance with coverage limits and insurable risks.
8. Implement digital tools for policy tracking and analysis.
9. Establish relationships with regional stakeholders to coordinate claims and coverage.
10. Promote a corporate culture of risk management and insurance knowledge.
11. Provide strategic support for financial and treasury projects.
12. Contribute to quality management, occupational risk prevention (PRL), sustainability, and environmental management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
13. Lead and manage teams to achieve organizational objectives, foster a positive environment, develop skills, and facilitate communication and conflict resolution.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles and/or strategic management of global insurance.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level); Portuguese is a plus.
• Technical knowledge in renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, legal, insurance, and finance sectors; risk management; Enterprise Risk Management; insurance and claims management; international negotiation; and insurance brokerage.
• Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Power BI) and insurance management platforms.
