About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in managing global supply chain operations. This role directly supports the Logistics Manager to ensure seamless international and domestic shipments, as well as smooth production processes with our European suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments globally, including customs, documentation, and compliance.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping providers to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
• Create, process, and track purchase orders for both EU and US markets, consolidating processes currently handled by multiple team members.
• Monitor inventory across warehouses to maintain optimal stock levels, anticipate shortages, and prevent overstocking.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers in Europe (and globally as needed) to ensure production timelines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee sample approvals, packaging updates, and production schedule adherence.
• Support sourcing of new suppliers to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Make operational decisions regarding warehouse coordination, shipment prioritization, and production adjustments.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce lead times, and optimize costs.
• Collaborate with senior management to support strategic logistics initiatives and large-scale shipments.

Qualifications

Language Skills : Fluent in English (required); Fluent in Spanish (preferred).

Experience : 2–3 years of professional experience in logistics, production, or related fields (particularly in start-ups). Familiarity with supply chain processes across the US, EU, and other international markets

Detailed & Organized : Accuracy is critical in managing multiple orders and items to prevent costly errors.

Desire to Learn & Improve : Stay adaptable in a dynamic supply chain environment and contribute to developing efficient processes.

Sense of Urgency & Proactiveness : Meet strict deadlines, often across multiple time zones, and respond promptly to time-sensitive tasks.

Team Player : Work collaboratively in a small, cross-functional team environment, assisting others when needed.

Priority Management : Tackle tasks based on deadlines and importance, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
