We want to strengthen our staff with a Logistics Manager (AR / VR)

At Seabery we develop and manufacture AR / VR simulators focused on improving learning processes in different professions. We are a global reference in Augmented Training and industrial gamification for manual skills training in industry. We collaborate with universities and large companies in the industrial sector such as Daimler-Mercedes, Siemens, Volkswagen or Miller.

What do we need you to help us with?

Strategic Logistics Leadership & Information Management
  • Design and implement logistics strategies that support Seabery’s global operations and business goals.
  • Oversee and update logistics information systems to ensure accurate, real-time data for the entire organization.
  • Act as the key logistics point of reference for all business units, providing expert guidance and efficient solutions.
  • Drive training initiatives in new logistics technologies and essential data-management tools.
Logistics Operations & Supply Chain Optimization
  • Manage and optimize the full cycle of international shipments, ensuring compliance with global regulations and documentation processes.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with worldwide logistics providers to improve cost efficiency and service quality.
  • Integrate logistics systems with other departments to enhance visibility of inventory, deliveries, and real-time logistics status.
Warehouse Supervision & Inventory Control
  • Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control to ensure accurate stock management.
  • Implement auditing and stock-control processes that reduce errors and improve material flow.
  • Ensure updated, reliable inventory information is accessible to Sales, Technical Support, Production, and other key teams.
Cross-Department Collaboration & Internal Customer Support
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Support, and Production to anticipate and address logistics needs.
  • Provide transparent, accessible logistics information to support smooth communication and high-quality internal service across the company.
What type of profile are we thinking about?
  • Advanced English (C1 or higher) , with the ability to communicate confidently with international partners and teams.
  • Residence in Huelva or nearby areas — this is a fully on-site role at our headquarters.
  • Academic background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration , or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics operations, supply chain coordination, or international shipments , ideally in a fast-paced or global environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills , with the ability to manage complexity and make data-driven decisions.
  • Solid team-leadership and communication skills , including the ability to coordinate across departments and develop team members.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and service orientation .
