The role involves managing litigation, corporate transactions, and providing legal guidance across various business units. Candidates should have 10 years of legal experience in the USA, a law license, and the ability to work US hours. Offering a flexible work schedule, including 2 days remote per week.

• Licensed to practice law in the United States.

• General litigation and claims management.
• Collection / bankruptcy claims.
• Employment consultations.
• Corporate transactions.
• General legal guidance and support to all business units.
• Contract review and negotiation.
• Backup for real estate transactions: leases; acquisitions and sales.
• Backup HS&E Legal Assistance.

Educación

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Multinational company, a leader in the construction sector, is looking for a lawyer with experience in the North American market.

The Legal Counsel supports the legal department and various departments of the company by providing guidance on legal matters, litigations, corporate transactions, contract review, and legal risk assessment.

Location : Madrid

Smart Job : remote work 2 days a week

Schedule : 14h – 22h

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCE

Desired

10 years of experience as a lawyer in the United States, licensed to practice law in the United States, and working during US business hours.

EDUCATION

Required

Law Certification / License to practice in USA

Bachelor’s degree, BAR exam
