We are looking fora Legal Consultant to join an important Project located in Madridin hybrid job modality.

What are we looking for?

• An/a Legal Consultant, with at least 7years of experience.
• Availability to join a stable project in Madrid
  
• Work Model: hybrid
• Work Schedule: full-time

Requirements:

• At least7 yearsof experience performing the described tasks.
• Education:Master’s Degree in Law (MECES Level 3).
• Extensive knowledge of regulations concerning audiovisual communicationservices, particularly those related to commercial communications and user protection, promotion of European audiovisual works, and accessibility, as well as regulations on intellectual property protection in connection with audiovisual communication services.

What will your responsibilities be?

• You will carry outtechnical legal supportactivities in the drafting of regulatory proposals and in the analysis and review of regulations and legislation.
• Tasks include theanalysis and review of regulationsrelated to digital services and their providers, particularly regarding electronic identification and trust services, e-commerce, and Internet domain names.
• Regulation ofdigital platformsand intermediaries, including their responsibilities and obligations, privacy and information protection, as well as ensuring fairness and respect for the digital rights of users and businesses.
• Knowledge of regulations concerningaudiovisual communication services, particularly those related to commercial communications and user protection, promotion of European audiovisual works, and accessibility.
• Tasks related to the protection ofintellectual property in connection with audiovisual communication services.
