The Mission (should you choose to accept it)

Hire exceptional tech talent globally: Engineering Managers, Senior Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and more.

Design and run results‑driven sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding strategies.

Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers, up to CEO level.

Level up our processes: ATS, dashboards, candidate experience, and best practices.

Be a trusted advisor, a pipeline builder, and a brand ambassador.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in high‑growth startups.
• Strong track record building hiring strategy for engineering teams.
• True partner to senior tech leaders: you influence, advise, and challenge!

Deep sourcing skills

LinkedIn, Cord, creative outreach.

Process‑oriented

ATS experience (ideally HiBob), compliant with EU right‑to‑work.

Collaborative, autonomous, and thrive in a scaling environment.
