Overview

Ryanair is seeking a Reliability Manager to lead data-driven reliability improvements across our fleet as we scale to 800 aircraft and 300 million passengers by 2034. You will act as deputy to the Reliability Manager, analyze maintenance data, and identify solutions for repetitive delay causes. You will drive process innovation and automation using Power BI and data programming, and collaborate with Boeing and OEMs to elevate reliability. You will perform cost/benefit analyses and present recommendations to executive management, and provide dispatch reliability reporting. This role offers cross-functional impact within a fast-paced, growth-focused engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as Deputy to the Reliability Manager when required


• Review and analyze maintenance data related to components and systems; identify reliability alerts and repetitive delay causes; propose solutions


• Drive process innovation and automation using Power BI and data programming


• Collaborate with Boeing and OEMs to improve reliability in Ryanair's operation


• Perform detailed cost/benefit analyses of reliability options; make recommendations to executives


• Provide reports and analyses of aircraft dispatch reliability and identify solutions for delays


• Participate in reviews with worldwide 737 operators and influence Boeing's reliability priorities

Qualifications

• Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or B-1/B-2/CAT A license


• Degree in Computer Science or related field considered if strong data analytics skills


• Proven leadership and management capabilities


• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, or C/C++; working knowledge xcskxlj of Power BI is preferred


• Working knowledge of AMOS is preferable


• Flexible with project delivery as a priority


• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
