Una consultora internacional busca un Ingeniero de Grafos de Conocimiento en Barcelona. Este rol implica diseñar e implementar grafos biomédicos, colaborar con equipos de IA y normalizar datos. Se requieren entre 7 y 10 años de experiencia en informática de la salud y dominio de técnicas de PLN. Qualifications

• ~7–10 years of experience in health informatics, bioinformatics, or clinical data domains
• ~Advanced proficiency in graph-based data modeling, knowledge graph construction, and semantic integration
• ~Deep knowledge of RDF, OWL, SPARQL, and graph databases (Neo4j, Amazon Neptune)
• ~Experience with NLP techniques, including working with unstructured biomedical text
• ~Proficiency in CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and containerization tools (Docker, Singularity)
• ~Hands-on experience with ontology curation and terminology services (e.g., SNOMED, ICD-10, drug databases)
• ~Programming background in Python and exposure to LLM/NLP integration
• ~Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable biomedical knowledge graphs that connect data across the pharmaceutical R&D lifecycle
• Model, ingest, and normalize data into semantic graph structures to ensure long-term maintainability
• Build SPARQL/GraphQL/REST services to make graph data accessible to downstream applications
• Collaborate with NLP and AI teams to enable reasoning, RAG, and predictive features over knowledge graphs
• Extend biomedical ontologies and maintain synonyms, mappings, and provenance tracking
• Work with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor the graph infrastructure with high availability and scalability
• Document data models, lineage, and flow to ensure transparency and reuse across teams
