A renowned hospitality education brand in Marbella is seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain hygiene standards and assist kitchen operations. Responsibilities include cleaning dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen staff. Ideal candidates are dynamic, diligent, and have at least a year of experience in a similar role. Fluent English is beneficial.

Formación

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in English is an asset.

Responsabilidades

  • Contribute to keep a high level of hygiene in the assigned areas.
  • Take care of cleaning surfaces and dishes.
  • Dispose of pallets and trolleys.
  • Assist the kitchen chef with food storage.
  • Ensure the transport of food between kitchens.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Use machines to wash dishes and floors.

Your main responsibilities & tasks:

Under the supervision of the EWM Coordinator, within our staff team, he/she will provide the following support:

  • Contribute to keep a high level of hygiene in the assigned areas and equipment provided.
  • To take care of the cleaning of surfaces and dishes as well as various kitchen cleanings.
  • Dispose of pallets and trolleys.
  • Assist the kitchen chef with food storage.
  • Ensure the transport of food between kitchens.
  • Cleaning surfaces (windows, walls, floors etc.) and dishes.
  • Maintaining the workplace in a clean and organized manner.
  • Using machines to wash dishes, pots and pans, floors, etc.
