You'll support the IR team by maintaining databases, preparing materials, and enhancing internal processes. The ideal candidate has a relevant Bachelor's degree, strong organizational skills, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Investor Relations team by proactively shaping and executing key initiatives involving investors and internal stakeholders.
• Update and maintain internal and external IR database.
• Assist in the preparation of investor-facing presentations and internal materials.
• Maintain and optimize the capitalization table, ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholders during fundraising, option grants, and corporate actions.
• Help gather and organize data for monthly financial and operational reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper execution of administrative and investor-related processes.
• Participate in identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law & Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, corporate finance, or related analytical functions (internships or experience in investor relations is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, venture capital, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with CRM tools and investor databases is a plus.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion and achievements.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive and resolutive mindset, and ability to work in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
