This role involves providing operational guidance to 3PL providers during night shifts and requires expertise in logistics and data analysis. Candidates should have strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and be proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations and support transportation escalations across multiple facilities in Europe.

Formación

• C1 English level is required.
• Spanish C2 level needed for daily tasks.
• Experience in logistics is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational guidance to 3PL.
• Act as a communication bridge between 3PL and Amazon.
• Mitigate CX risks by managing shipment cancellations.
• Support on transportation escalations.
• Upload critical data for transportation visibility.
• Check compliance with Amazon standards.
• Optimize Control Tower outbound processes.
• Work on projects to improve 3PL services.
