This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in team management, innovative IT solutions, and deep expertise in Online Travel Agencies (OTA) platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and VRBO. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee the integration, optimization, and performance of OTA platforms.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure seamless operations management by utilizing cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Analyze and improve system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage budgets and timelines for IT projects and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior IT Manager or a similar leadership role.
• Expertise in OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO) and their technical requirements.
• Strong background in operations management and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Advanced knowledge of system integrations, data analytics, and cloud technologies.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
