A global mobility solutions provider is seeking a Transport Planner Technician TRAINEE in Zaragoza. The successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day transportation activities and collaborate with logistics partners. Candidates should have a basic understanding of transportation practices and the ability to engage in an internship. This full-time position requires attending in person from Monday to Friday, offering valuable experience in the logistics and supply chain sectors.

Formación

  • Basic knowledge of transportation practices including truck specifications and transportation standard operating procedures.
  • Transportation experience in logistics or supply chain preferred.
  • Understanding of transportation processes and their interfaces with production, warehousing and procurement; English proficiency.
  • Desired certification or specialised training in transportation or logistics.

Business Rationale
  • Coordinate proper execution of day‑to‑day transportation activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day transportation activities.
  • Collaborate with 3rd‑Party Logistics Service Providers to organize truck loads, book time slots at the consolidation centres and follow up on the delivery of the material.
  • Support the team leader with daily reporting of transportation activities as well as with ad‑hoc analysis when required.
Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of transportation practices including truck specifications, transportation standard operating procedures, incoterms and export documentation.
  • Transportation experience in logistics or supply chain preferred.
  • Understanding of transportation processes and their interfaces with other business functions such as production, warehousing and procurement; English proficiency.
  • Desired certification or specialised training in transportation or logistics.
Mandatory Requirements for the Internship
  • Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university or educational institution.
  • Ability to attend the internship in person in Zaragoza from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week).
  • Immediate start date required: December.
