Your role and work environment :

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team.

Your key responsibilities :
  • Help hiring managers defining their recruitment needs and the best strategy to approach them.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions of those needs.
  • From day one you’ll be entrusted with the entire recruitment lifecycle including: sourcing applicants to offer stage managing stakeholders and meeting with them on a regular basis to provide proactive updates.
  • Select appropriate tools and channels of recruitment allowing the employment of the staff.
  • Source candidates directly through websites and other social media sites.
  • Develop recruitment projects with a creative use of existing market opportunities to reach candidates.
  • Initial screening of applicants telephone and face-to-face interviews.
  • Facilitate and coordinate candidate testing and interviews.
  • Living within their ecosystem you will provide regular feedback to hiring managers.
  • Create long term relationship with key talent communities / niches on the technical arena.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needs.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state‑of‑the‑art recruiting practices.
  • Raise and increase the brand awareness in the market and inside the company.
  • Collaborate with Communication team to enhance the employer brand and help us positioning as best‑class employer in IT market.
  • Improve the reputation and the positioning of the brand participating in certifications recognitions and events.
