Job Description

What will you need?

• 7–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end eCommerce projects.
• Background in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of UX, Agile methodologies, and software project management.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (C1 level); Spanish native is a plus.
• Based in Barcelona, with a hybrid model (2 days/week in the office).

What will you do?

• Lead and deliver end-to-end digital and eCommerce projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Marketing, and UX teams to align goals and priorities.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including vendors and technology partners.
• Apply Agile frameworks to manage project execution efficiently.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, reporting results to senior management.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for digital platforms and processes.
• Act as a cultural and communication bridge between technical and business stakeholders.
