Our client, a renowned fintech, is growing and we are looking for a new IT Project Manager who will manage projects from initiation to delivery and ensure all projects or initiatives are completed on time, with quality, and within budget.

Summary of This Role

• Manages all aspects of large-scale and complex projects or initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, with quality, and within budget.
• Designs, communicates, and implements operational plans for completing projects, monitors progress and performance, and addresses issues to minimize delays.
• Facilitates and manages analysis of project requirements, including cost estimates, resources, risks, and timelines, ensuring goals are met within parameters.
• Acts as a liaison within the organization to secure resources and contributions.
• Conducts project meetings, prepares reports, and communicates project status to stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction of internal and external clients.

What Part Will You Play?

• Administers assigned projects, ensuring successful implementation across multiple teams or external partners.
• Manages projects requiring minor customizations to standard processes and checklists.
• Guides project plans that include standard templates with minor revisions for customization.
• Identifies issues requiring escalation, typically to supervisors or within the project team.
• Leads projects with scope changes, collaborating and negotiating with stakeholders.
• Ensures proper and accurate project estimation and billing.
• Monitors and manages the project budget, requesting assistance for variances.
• Handles changes to project priorities and scope.
• Makes minor decisions affecting project delivery schedules.
• Generates reports and dashboards.
