About the role

IT Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure. You’ll maintain and optimize office systems, support day‑to‑day technology needs, and implement initiatives that enable a seamless and productive work environment.

Reporting to the Platform Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll be a trusted partner in driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s growth.

About You

You’re a proactive, solutions‑driven IT professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and takes ownership of end‑to‑end IT operations. You balance technical precision with a customer‑first mindset and are passionate about using technology to empower teams and improve efficiency.

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure and support roles.
  • A customer‑focused approach, ensuring every employee has a frictionless tech experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Foundational understanding of cloud computing, networking, and IT security principles.
  • Experience using process automation or no‑code tools to enhance IT operations.
Your Missions
  • Technical Support – Provide hands‑on troubleshooting for macOS, application access, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
  • Equipment Management – Maintain and monitor office IT assets, including laptops, Wi‑Fi networks, TVs, and servers, ensuring all systems are fully operational.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding – Set up and deprovision IT accounts and hardware for new hires and departing employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
  • Communication Systems – Manage office AV setups and inter‑office communication platforms to keep teams connected.
  • Access Management – Administer secure access to applications, tools, and documents in line with company security standards.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance – Support the continuous improvement of the company’s IT environment, from network health to device performance.
  • Process Optimization – Identify and implement opportunities to streamline IT workflows, automate routine tasks, and reduce operational costs.
  • Security & Compliance – Enforce IT security best practices, monitor compliance, and participate in internal audits.
  • Project Support – Collaborate on the rollout of new tools, systems, and process improvements across the organization.
