The ideal candidate will build financial models, support project finance transactions, and analyze market trends. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience are required. Strong skills in financial modelling and knowledge of renewable energy markets are preferred.

Your mission

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on evaluating renewable energy investments and transactions, with a strong emphasis on acquisitions, project finance, asset sales, market research, and investment analysis. The ideal candidate has a background in transactional finance or investment analysis (e.g., investment banking, project finance, or M&A). You should be passionate about renewable energy markets and skilled in building financial models to support investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for investment evaluation, acquisitions, and sales of solar PV projects.
• Develop investment memoranda, presentations, and reports to support senior management and investor decision-making.
• Support structuring of project finance transactions, including debt / equity financing, tax structures, and partnership arrangements.
• Perform due diligence and transaction analysis for asset acquisitions and sales.
• Track and interpret market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in the renewable energy sector.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, business development, and legal teams, as well as external stakeholders (banks, investors, advisors).
• Contribute to negotiations and execution of solar PV asset transactions.
• Support enhancing internal financial tools, models, and investment processes.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA a plus.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, project finance, renewable energy finance, or M&A (not accounting or audit).
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and other valuation tools.
• Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of renewable energy markets, solar PV technologies, and project finance structures strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
