Job Summary

Join our Insurtech team at HBX Group and help shape the future of travel insurance! We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Insurance to drive growth by acquiring strategic partners, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet evolving client needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Identify and onboard new clients and strategic partners for HBX Group’s travel insurance offerings.
  • Develop Value Propositions: Tailor insurance solutions to partner needs and negotiate optimal agreements.
  • Execute Strategy: Implement commercial plans aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Optimize Performance: Enhance go-to-market strategies and product offerings to maximize conversion and revenue.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Fintech, Distribution, Marketing, and other teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Build Relationships: Represent HBX Group at industry events and maintain strong external partnerships.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, sales pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong knowledge of travel industry and insurance products, including regulatory landscape.
  • Commercial acumen with ability to structure profitable agreements.
  • Data-driven decision-making and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication in English; fluency in another European language (Spanish, Italian, German, or French) preferred.
  • Previous experience in travel insurance sales or distribution is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate effectively, and embrace change.
