The ideal candidate should be bilingual in French and English, possess a high school diploma, and have at least a year of experience in sales or customer service. As an Inside Sales Representative on our team you will :
  • Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after theyve expressed interest in a product
  • Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism courtesy and attention to customer satisfaction
  • Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations especially around pricing and product preferences
  • Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear structured format to support retailer sales teams
  • Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
  • Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.
Job is a great match if you :
  • Are bilingual or proficient in French and English
  • Hold a high school diploma (minimum) with a preferred background in business communications or automotive studies
  • Bring experience in customer service or sales ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors for a year and above
  • Communicate clearly and confidently especially with executive-level or high-end clientele
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products
  • Are structured professional and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offers
  • Are comfortable following a detailed scripted call approach and submitting written reports post-interaction.
