A leading cybersecurity firm in Barcelona is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to support customer relations via telephone and e-mail. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting to generate new business and maintaining a network of customers. Candidates should have at least 2 years of inside sales experience in IT and be fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English. To accelerate our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated candidate.

Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d)

40 hours/week, to start immediately in our office in Barcelona.

Responsibilities
  • First contact for customers and partners mainly via telephone and e‑mail.
  • Outbound prospecting, including cold calling, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Respond quickly and reliably to customer enquiries, deliver relevant information and offer tailor‑made offers.
  • Maintain and continuously expand a network of customers and sales partners.
  • Qualify leads and accompany them until the project is completed.
  • Support sales partners in identifying sales potential and implementing sales opportunities.
  • Hold web meetings for customers and sales partners to present our Hornetsecurity services and Channel program.
  • Deal flow supervision with partners (deal registrations, trial, customer references and conversions).
  • Responsible for adjustments and transactions between partners.
  • Contribute to sales growth by achieving or exceeding agreed sales targets.
  • Update our CRM with relevant customer and deal information every week.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of inside sales experience within IT, preferably cybersecurity.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy handling incoming customer calls.
  • Customer‑orientation, ability to build long‑lasting relationships.
  • Self‑motivation, pursue quarterly goals with passion.
  • Organizational talent, set priorities, maintain track of work even with high workload.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools (pipeline and performance management) is a plus.
  • Driven and ambitious, desire to work in a fast‑moving startup environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Catalan and English.
