A leading international logistics company in Madrid is looking for a logistics professional with over 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding or project logistics. The role involves daily collaboration with the client's logistics team and managing logistics execution across regions. Candidates should be fluent in Spanish and English, with additional languages like Chinese being beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• More than 2 years experience in international freight forwarder or project logistics.
• Familiarity with project logistics regarding various transport modes.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work daily at the client’s office.
• Communicate with the client’s logistics team and stakeholders.
• Manage logistics execution across different regions.
• Prepare logistics documentation including status and statistical reports.
• Assist in resolving disputes and commercial issues.

Overview

Contract Duration: 1.5 years (with possible extension up to 2 years)

Work Mode: On-site at client’s office

Key Responsibilities

• Work on a daily basis at the client’s office
• Communicate regularly with the client’s logistics team and other stakeholders via phone, email, and meetings
• Manage and support logistics execution from Europe to Central Asia and/or from the Far East to Central Asia
• Attend and participate in meetings with the client, employer’s project team, and subcontractors
• Prepare and maintain all necessary logistics documentation, including: Status reports, Statistical reports, Clarifications, Forecasting reports
• Assist the employer in coordinating with the client to resolve disputes, conflicts, and commercial settlement issues related to project logistics execution

Qualifications

• More than 2 years experience in international freight forwarder, project logistics
• Familiar with project logistics in terms of inland road transport, railway transport, containerized/ breakbulk sea freight, air freight; logistics knowledge and experience in Central Asia is a plus
• Fluent communication in Spanish and English, and Chinese is a plus
• Familiar with MS Office
• Strong in statistics, analysis
