We are looking for a technically minded professional who will drive the evolution and optimization of internal operations. This position plays a strategic role in scaling processes, implementing automation, and improving overall efficiency across teams.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SaaS ecosystems, API-based integrations, and workflow automation technologies. While not a coding role, success requires the ability to recognize high-impact opportunities, lead implementation initiatives, and support organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the automation and tooling strategy to streamline operational workflows.

Minimize manual work by leveraging APIs, workflow engines, low-code / no-code platforms, RPA, and intelligent automation solutions.

Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable requirements.

Serve as the connection between business teams and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Own and maintain the roadmap for internal operational tools and enhancements.

Foster a data-informed mindset and continuous improvement culture within the team.

Provide guidance and enablement to colleagues on digital tools and automation practices.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant technical field.

Proven experience driving process improvement and organizational transformation.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in dynamic, cross-functional environments.

Fluent in English in a professional setting.

Technical Skills

Background in software engineering, systems integration, or a similar technical role in a SaaS B2B environment.

Hands‑on experience integrating and orchestrating systems using APIs.

Solid understanding of automation technologies including RPA, workflow orchestration, low‑code / no‑code, and AI‑enabled automation.

Familiarity with ETL tools, data integration, and system‑to‑system data mapping.

Knowledge of multi‑tenant SaaS architectures and related operational considerations.
