What we’re looking for

• Experience (Essential): 4+ years in Java-based web application maintenance (Agile methodologies preferred)
• 2+ years as a Service Request Manager
• 1+ year working with Trade & Supply Chain Finance products (Confirming is a plus)
• Nice to have: Experience with payment channels / formats (ISO) in banking; Knowledge of accounting and regulatory reporting for banking apps
• Education: Higher Education / University Degree / Master’s (technical background is a plus)
• Skills & Knowledge: ITIL certification or similar (ServiceNow); Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; Deep understanding of web technologies, performance tools, and Agile (Scrum, Kanban); Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams; SQL knowledge; Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Other Info: Work in Malaga, Spain; Adaptability to dynamic, liquid organizations; Strong communication & teamwork mindset
• Salary: Salary in dollars in a contractor mode
