What You Will Do in This Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inbound Sales Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for inbound calls, driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the Small and Medium Business segment.

As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you will deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of SMB clients. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand business challenges, and articulate value will be key to your success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for SMB clients
  • Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reports using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Manage inbound lines and emails

  • Have one year of related sales experience
  • Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills
