The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English and Italian. Formación

• Experience in a Merchant and Technical Partners Support Agent role is ideal.
• Experience in the Card Payment industry is a strong asset.
• Desire to continuously learn and apply new knowledge is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first line technical support and issue resolution.
• Maintain incident tracking system throughout ticket life cycle.
• Build connections with key customers through proactive communication.
• Prioritize reported issues based on experience.
• Document knowledge in the knowledge management platform.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and performance of business applications.

Customer service/support attitude

Strong skills in MS Office
