Are you ready to play a key role in connecting businesses with innovative solutions? As a member of our dynamic Business Development team, you'll be the first point of contact for companies across EMEA -helping them discover how our services can meet their needs and drive success. Through proactive outreach and meaningful conversations, you'll identify new opportunities and guide potential clients toward the right solutions.
What You'll Do
- Consistently meet and exceed your quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets, while maintaining strong daily and weekly activity levels.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-potential accounts.
- Be a trusted advisor by educating customers on our offerings and their benefits.
- Engage with C-level executives through outbound calls and emails, build instant rapport, and explore their needs.
- Understand client challenges, gather technical requirements, and align our cutting-edge Cloud solutions to their business goals.
- Keep customer data organized and up to date in Salesforce.com to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Contribute to both team and individual success by achieving key performance metrics like conversion rates and pipeline growth.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly to provide clear insights for the entire team at every step of the sales journey.
What We're Looking For
- A BA / BS degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Fluent German (C2 level) and English language skills -both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in outbound or B2B sales, ideally within the IT sector.
- A basic understanding of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to identify business challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
- Professionalism, integrity, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for working toward sales goals in a phone-based environment.
- Solid IT skills and confidence navigating digital tools.
What Would Be a Plus
- 1+ year of experience in outbound IT sales with a strong knack for persuasion and relationship-building.
- Experience with cold calling and managing a large portfolio of leads.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Talent for identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Driven, self-motivated, and confident with a competitive edge.
- Knowledge of local business markets and environments.
