A leading insurance company in Madrid seeks an HR Business Partner to support HR operations for their Iberian business. The role involves driving talent management, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Candidates should have a degree in related fields and at least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the insurance sector, along with proficiency in Spanish and English.
Role purpose :
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Madrid who wants to develop an HR career in an international organization. This position will play a crucial role supporting HR at Chubb Spain, specifically within the Iberian business (Spain & Portugal) and all regional roles based in Madrid (283 employees). They will act as a strategic advisor and collaborator between Human Resources and business leaders. They will drive digital transformation in HR, organizational effectiveness by supporting talent management, employee engagement, and change management, while fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in a multicultural environment.
