Formación

At Vestas, we are in search of an HSE Manager who aspires to enhance safety and sustainability in a factory setting.

Your Responsibilities
  • Create local HSE documentation (risk assessments, emergency response plans, customer‑specific procedures, etc.).
  • Oversee contractors/subcontractors (including mobilization/demobilization, post‑work assessments, and audits).
  • Deliver basic safety training as per local legal requirements and define training needs.
  • Support Operations in incident and hazardous observation investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Conduct site inspections and safety walks.
  • Contribute to the development of a "Zero Incident Culture".
  • Provide support on QSE (Quality, Safety & Environment) matters at the country level.
  • Participate in tender processes (prepare QSE documentation, review contracts from an HSE perspective).
  • Assist with organizational and administrative team tasks.
  • Perform and follow up on internal audits at both local and regional levels (SU/SBU).
  • Develop and help implement procedures and consultation processes.
What We’re Looking For
  • University degree in HSE or a related field.
  • High level of English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of Spanish HSE legislation.
  • Around 5 years of experience in similar roles.
