Formación

Role Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and people-centric HR Business Partner to join our Madrid office. In this role, you will support the People Operations Director and serve as the first point of contact for HR matters. You will provide comprehensive HR support, focusing on recruitment, compliance, and relocation support, while ensuring alignment with global standards and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for all People and Admin needs within the office.
  • Collaborate with headquarters, Regional GM, and team leaders to support business plans, enhance employee satisfaction, and ensure regional office operations are compliant with company policies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, to candidate evaluation and facilitating hiring decisions, including offer letter formulation.
  • Provide full HR support, including recruitment, employee relations, and staff activities.
  • Coordinate with the Global People Operations Team to align with company values and culture.
  • Ensure HR administration offers high-quality, consistent service, and continuously improve processes and response times.
  • Participate in other HR-related projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in HR or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of generalist experience, with a focus on tech recruitment and employee relations within a multinational company; experience in the Internet industry is a plus.
  • Good understanding of European Employment Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Experience working in a global team environment, adaptable to different work cultures.
  • Experience with payroll processing, handling employee queries, and managing relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Independent, passionate, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
