METRO Markets GmbH is looking for a PART-TIME HR Warehouse Manager to oversee HR operations for warehouse teams in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, and Casei Gerola, Italy, supporting a dynamic workforce of 60–80 employees. Responsibilities
  • Partner with Warehouse Management to ensure smooth hiring and workforce planning.
  • Take ownership of all HR processes, from employment contracts to compliance and attestations.
  • Provide outstanding people care to both warehouse and commercial teams.
  • Oversee HR systems, including time tracking, personnel files, and reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally in a matrix organization, collaborating with central teams and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure full legal compliance, including health and safety regulations.
  • Navigate and apply relevant Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
  • Work closely with centralized HR services to streamline operations.
  • Drive HR initiatives and contribute to key projects.
