Join a Global HR Team with Local Impact HR Solutions Representative (Spain)

A leading pharmaceutical company based in Viladecans is looking for a HR Solutions Representative to join its Tier 2 HR Service team in Spain. This is a key role supporting both employees and HR Business Partners with general HR queries, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor legislation and delivering excellent service.

What you’ll do

• Resolve HR-related queries escalated from Tier 1, both from employees and HRBPs
• Act as a local expert in Spanish HR policies, legislation, and processes
• Support HR projects, audits, and reporting needs
• Collaborate with international teams, reporting both to Lithuania and Spain
• Use tools like Workday and ServiceNow (experience is a plus)

What we offer

• Working hours: Flexible entry between 07:30 and 09:30, exit between 16:45 and 13:30 on Fridays
• Salary: Depending on experience
• Location: Viladecans, Spain (no travel required)
• Contract: Temporary with strong potential to become permanent
