In this role, you will manage both onboarding and offboarding processes and handle payroll management, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will also be responsible for HRIS management, social benefits, and coordinating events within the office. Ideal candidates are organized, possess strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, and have experience with HRIS tools like Lucca and payroll systems like a3nom.
