A leading digital transaction company located in Valencia is seeking an HR Ops professional. In this role, you will manage both onboarding and offboarding processes and handle payroll management, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will also be responsible for HRIS management, social benefits, and coordinating events within the office. Ideal candidates are organized, possess strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, and have experience with HRIS tools like Lucca and payroll systems like a3nom. The position offers flexible hybrid work arrangements along with health insurance and additional benefits.

Formación

  • Experience managing the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
  • Knowledge in payroll management including changes, communication to agencies, and coordination with finance.
  • Experience in social benefits data collection and implementation proposals.

What you will do at Signaturit 🚀

As an HR Ops, your responsibilities will include, but may not be strictly limited to;

  • Candidate and employee experience: fully responsible for both Onboarding and offboarding process as well as reflecting every news, change or update on our documents.
  • Payroll Management: monthly report generation with payroll changes (garnishments, salary modifications, bonuses...), communication of changes to the agency, receipt and review of payrolls, coordination with the finance team for the payment date, uploading pay slips to our HRIS. Will be responsible for payroll digitalization project in Spain.
HRIS full cycle management (Lucca)
  • Social Benefits: data collection and proposals for the implementation of new social benefits, resolution of doubts, contact with suppliers to resolve cases and negotiation of annual prices.
  • Occupational Risk Prevention: responsible for the entire process together with the collaboration with the external prevention service regarding necessary documentation, evaluations among others.
  • Equality Plan: analysis and diagnosis of workforce, drafting of the equality plan, submission and correction of documentation together with the team.
  • Events coordination: this person shall contribute on the planning and organization of celebrations and all other social events planned for Valencia office.
