Talent Acquisition & Onboarding :
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Evaluate candidates and extend employment offers in collaboration with hiring managers.
Compensation & Benefits :
  • Support the development and implementation of total rewards programs that align with business objectives.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related employee inquiries.
Personnel Administration :
  • Oversee employee absences, holiday tracking, and related platforms.
  • Ensure accurate and timely salary processing through liaison with payroll.
Employee Relations & Support :
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance.
  • Support conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
Performance & Development :
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and development plans.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance feedback culture and individual growth.
Internal Communication & Engagement :
  • Strengthen internal communication channels and promote team engagement.
  • Encourage active participation in company initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Retention & Offboarding :
  • Implement strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Analyze exit interviews and develop retention strategies.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
