Formación

Overview

Digitize the German midmarket with us as a HR Generalist. Work with us - a leading provider in Cloud, SAP, Microsoft, and software development - and shape future-proof IT solutions for our corporate clients.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations & Compliance

    - Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, fostering a positive and supportive workplace environment.

    - Support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s Gender Equality Plan, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting diversity and inclusion.

    - Collaborate with external providers and internal stakeholders on Occupational Risk Prevention initiatives, including workplace health, safety assessments, and employee well-being programs.

    - Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws, and company policies.

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.

    - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies.

    - Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

  • HR Operations & Projects

    - Support HR administration tasks including contracts, onboarding, and employee documentation.

    - Contribute to HR projects and initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and continuous improvement of HR practices.

    - Assist in preparing reports and metrics related to HR activities, employee turnover, and workforce planning.

What you bring
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor law and collective agreements.
  • Experience in recruitment and end-to-end selection processes.
  • Familiarity with gender equality regulations and/or risk prevention protocols is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); German language skills would be a plus.
