The Head of Sport CRM is responsible for leading and scaling CRM strategy across 50+ sports projects. This role oversees a cross‑functional team, drives customer engagement and retention initiatives, and ensures best‑in‑class CRM performance across all sports verticals. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with product, marketing, and analytics teams to support business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee CRM strategy across 50+ sports‑related projects.
  • Manage, mentor, and scale a high‑performing CRM team.
  • Define and implement CRM best practices to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor CRM performance, set KPIs, and ensure continuous optimization across all sports verticals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a Head / Lead-level CRM or similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the Sports industry or sports‑related digital products.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands‑on experience in CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
