Proficiency in French and English is required, with Spanish or Italian as a plus. The position is based in Spain with substantial travel required.

• 5-15 years of sales experience in Digital and Embedded engineering.
• Proven track record of sales quota achievement of 5-10M+.
• Experience managing a sales or inside sales team.

• Manage the sales process from initial communication to deal signing.
• Hunt and grow large accounts for engineering services.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
