Overview
Head of Program Management & Client Engagement (m/f/d) at Solvd Group. To lead the engagement and project delivery function across Solvd Group, overseeing all client-facing programs, professional services, and strategic accounts. This role is the primary interface for key clients on program setup, delivery governance, and commercial follow-through. It includes leadership of the central PMO, enabling standardized execution across Solvd, and ensuring professional service offerings are scoped, sold, and delivered with consistency and value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and operate the Solvd Group Program Management Office (PMO), setting delivery standards, KPIs, risk controls, and reporting structures for all strategic programs.
- Serve as the engagement lead for key clients, overseeing pre-sales, program setup, and governance alignment (e.g., for Allianz Connected Platforms).
- Own the professional services portfolio, including scope design, pricing, resourcing, and delivery oversight for customer-specific implementations and customizations.
- Design and implement group-wide project governance frameworks for strategic, multi-PFC, and local projects, ensuring delivery transparency and issue escalation.
- Align closely with the Product, Engineering, and Procurement teams to ensure contractual and delivery feasibility.
- Drive client satisfaction and account expansion by identifying new project opportunities and shaping repeatable offerings.
- Lead quarterly program reviews, budget vs. forecast performance tracking, and transformation milestone reporting for key accounts.
- Coordinate closely with delivery owners, product owners, and PFC leaders to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Contribute to the design of value-based reselling packages and custom onboarding offers tailored to client segments or geographies.
- Establish and lead a high-performance PMO with standardized methods, risk reporting, and visibility tools across all major programs.
- Serve as executive engagement partner to Allianz and other strategic accounts, representing Solvd in governance, budget, and roadmap alignment meetings.
- Ensure >90% of customer programs are delivered within time, scope, and budget with transparent risk management and client satisfaction metrics.
- Design and launch a repeatable professional services model, improving service margins and increasing service-led sales by 20% YoY.
- Act as a commercial enabler for technology and product teams—translating demand into executable delivery and profitable engagements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in project/program management, customer engagement, or consulting in a complex tech environment.
- Experience in leading PMOs or large-scale delivery organizations with distributed teams and multi-country operations.
- Strong familiarity with professional services delivery, pricing models, and implementation scoping.
- Proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts and negotiate commercial terms in implementation contexts.
- Strong command of project delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, PMI, SAFe).
- Background in SaaS, insurance tech, or enterprise transformation preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
